Expensive, and very little control over the actual settings. The machines add the detergent automatically, apparently, so don't bother bringing your own detergent or fabric softener. Washing machines at least let you choose the temperature of the water (20 C - 60 C I believe), but the dryers give absolutely no options whatsoever. Only the amount of time can be chosen, in 15 minute increments. Overall, it gets the job done in a pinch, but if you have delicate clothing, don't waste your time here.
A really nice and clean laundromat In lugano. the steps were clearly shown and the clothes came out clean. The manager is also helpful and helped us with a problem really easily :)
Great easy to use place. But be prepared for for the cost. 12CHF to wash and about the same to dry

All what you need is to find a parking lot! Unless you're using a bus or a coming by walk.

Buongiorno alle Signore che mi seguono .. sono stata per la prima ma ultima volta alla lavanderia Julia's Laundry sita a Lugano- Besso .. Avevo necessariamente bisogno di lavare, visto che qui a casa le lavatrici non erano funzionanti!! Ho trovato il locale molto sporco!! 2 su 4 asciugatrici erano guaste!! Le lavatrici veramente sporche ed il programma, a parte i prezzi per lavaggio che corrispondono Ha un minimo di 12 Franchi per macchina non solo esternamente ma anche internamente erano semplicemente vomitevoli !! Sto pensando di segnalare questo luogo pubblico al Dipartimento di Igiene !? Io vi ringrazio per aver letto Queste parole e allegato inserisco qualche fotografia del caso !!
